Beatrice Sloan Myrick, being first dulg sworn, upon her '
oath says that she is the former wife of John M. Sloan, deceased,
who died intestate in said count� on or about June 17, 1943.
That said decedent died the owner of. certain�property located in
the Town of Patoka consisting of three lots and a small tract of
land situated in lnRiite River Township-adjoining said town of
Patoka. That said decedent left as his heirs and onl,y heirs
at law the said widow, this affiant, and two minor children,
Micke� Dwa�ne Sloan and John Morris.Sloan, Jr., who inherited
said real estate one-third part thereof to said widow and two-
thirds part thereof to said two children, share and share alike.
That this affidavit is made for the purpose of having said property
transferred for taxation purposes to the said three present owners
thereof. And affiant further sayeth not. . .
