Maas, who died on the 6th day of May 1976, and that this affiant and Artie E. Maas were the owners as tenants by the entirety of the following-described real estate, situate in Fort Branch, Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-cait: TRACT 1: All of Lots Numbered 12 and 15 and 1/2 foot o�'� the entire east side of Lot Number 11, a11 in Hillcrest Addition to the Town of Fort Branch, Indiana. TRACT 2: Part of the north half of the southwest quarter of Section 1S,.Township 3 south, Range 10 west, bounded as follows: Begin at a point 410.5 feet east of the Range Line between Ranges 10 and 11 and 20 feet south of the half section line and run thence south, 148-J./2 feet; thence east, 4 feet; thence north, 148-1/2 feet; thence west, 4 feet to the place of beginning. TRACT 3: A part of the north half of the southwest quarter of Section 18, Township 3 south, Range 10 west, and bounded as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point 320-1/2 feet east of the range line between Range 10 and 11, and 20 feet south of the half section line; and from said point run thence south, 148-1/2 feet; thence east, 90 feet; thence north, 148-1/2 feet; thence west, 90 feet to the place of beginning.
