AFFIDAVIT OF SURVZVING TENANT
BY THE ENTIRITIES AND REQUEST
FOR TRANSFER OF REAL ESTATE
FOR TAXATION
Helen Maas being first duly sworn upon oath, de-
poses and says that she is the widow of Artie E. Maas, who
died on the 6th day of May 1976, and that this affiant
and Artie E. Maas were the owners as tenants by the entirety
of the following-described real estate, situate in Fort
Branch, Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-cait:
TRACT 1: All of Lots Numbered 12 and 15 and 1/2 foot
o�'� the entire east side of Lot Number 11, a11 in
Hillcrest Addition to the Town of Fort Branch,
Indiana.
TRACT 2: Part of the north half of the southwest
quarter of Section 1S,.Township 3 south, Range 10
west, bounded as follows: Begin at a point 410.5
feet east of the Range Line between Ranges 10
and 11 and 20 feet south of the half section line
and run thence south, 148-J./2 feet; thence east,
4 feet; thence north, 148-1/2 feet; thence west,
4 feet to the place of beginning.
TRACT 3: A part of the north half of the southwest
quarter of Section 18, Township 3 south, Range 10
west, and bounded as follows, to-wit: Beginning at
a point 320-1/2 feet east of the range line between
Range 10 and 11, and 20 feet south of the half
section line; and from said point run thence south,
148-1/2 feet; thence east, 90 feet; thence north,
148-1/2 feet; thence west, 90 feet to the place of
beginning.
Your affiant further states that she and Artie E. Maas were
husband and wife, continuously from the date of their ac-
quisition of the above-described real estate, until the_ti.me

decedent have been'paid, and that his estate was less than
$60,000.00 in value, and this affiant verily believes that
no federal estate tax is due thereon.

B. To induce the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana,
