AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENA� B ENTIRETY

Elmer Maxwell being first duly sworn upon his oath,
deposes and says:
That he is more than seventy-five (75) years of age,
a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and that he is retired.
That he is familiar with.the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
Lot #1, in Block #3 in Baldwin Heights,
Patoka Township. Subject to the provisions
in deed from the Princeton Development
Company.
Aeing the same real estate described in Deed
Record No. 119, Page 275, Office of the Recorder
of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Elmer Maxwell and Cecil O.
Maxwell, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the said Cecil O. Maxwell died testate, on or about March 13,
1974, and that the said Elmer Maxwell and Cecil O. Maxwell were
husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Cecil O.
Ma�cwe 11.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Cecil O, Maxwell at the time
of her death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws,
was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the
estate of said decedent will probably not be subject to any Federal
Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
