law deposes and says that he was well acquainted with Floyd E. Meier
and Eva Mae Fleier, husband and wife, on October 26, 1963 and that �
he knows of his own personal knowledged that the said Floyd E. Meier
and Eva Mae Pfeier were in fact husband and wife on said date of
October 26, 1963, the date of the deed recorded in Deed Record #163,
page 95, and that they remained husband and wife continu usly until
