AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Edmund G. Sollman being first duly sworn upon his oath
deposes and says:
That he is more than fifty (50) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana, and his occupation is that of Postmaster.
That he is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
A part of the east half of the southeast quarter of Section 36,
in Township 3 South, Range 11 West and bounded as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a point 45 rods, 4 feet and 11 inches north of the
southeast corner of said southeast quarter and running thence
north 40 feet, thence due west 26 rods, thence south 40 feet,
thence east 26 rods to the place of beginning, containing 2/5
of an acre.
Being the same real estate described.in Deed Record No. 154, page
262, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by william J. Mitchell and Rosie
Mitchell, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the said William J. Mitchell died intestate, on or about
March 4, 1970, and that said William J. Mitchell and Rosie Mitchell
were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said William
J. Mitchell.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said William J. Mitchell at the time
of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws,
was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the
estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Ta�c.
Fvrther this affiant saveth not.
