LEONA MONTGOMERY, being first duly sworn,upon her oath
-would respectfully show�as follows.;__. _ . :_-. ,-- _.
1. That she and her late husband, Paul Kendle (Bill)
blontgomery, were the owners as tenants by the entirities of the
following described real estate situate in Gibson County, State of
Indiana, to-wit:
A part of the northwest quarter of section eighteen (18)
township two (2) south, range ten (10) west, described
as follows, to-wit: Begin at a point one hundred twenty-
one (121) feet north of the northeast corner of Baldwin
Heights and run thence west seventy-five (75) �feet;
thence north two hundred nineteen (219) feet to a point
in the south line of Makemson Avenue; thence east along
the said line of Makemson Avenue seventy-five (75) feet;
thence south two hundred nineteen (219) feef to the place
of beginning, and containing thirty-eight hundredths
(.38) acres, more or less.
2. That the said Pau1 Kendle, (Bill) Montgomery died on
November 20, 1973, which said record of death is contained in book
No. 8 at page 88, in the Office of the Gibson County Department of
Health.
3. That the above described real estate passed to your
affiant herein by operation of law. -
wHEREFORE, affiant prays that the records in the Office of
the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana, be changed to reflect that
the affiant herein is now the sole owner thereof.
