AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENAVCY BY ENTIRETY
Helen E. Moore being first duly sworn upon her oath, deposes

That she is eighty-six years of age, a resident of Gibson
County,' Indiana, and her occupation is that of a housewife.
That she is familiar with the following described real estate
located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
Part of Lot nu!�ber 26 in the Original Plan of the town of Francisco,
described as follows: beginning i:� the southeast corner of said lot
and running thence north 27 degrees east along the east line thereof
150 feet; thence north 63 degrees west parallel to the south line
thereof 64 feet; thence south 27 degrees west parallel to the east
line thereof 25 feet; thence north 63 degrees west parallel to the
south line thereof 36 feet to the west line of said lot; thence
south 27 degrees west along said west line 15 feet; thence south 63
degrees east parallel to the south line thereof 36 feet; thence south
27 degrees west parallel to the east line thereof 110 feet to the
south line thereof; thence south 63 degrees east along said south
line 64 feet to theplace of beginning.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 143, page 9,
Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
a�d that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real estate was formerly owned by Lawrence C. Moore and Helen E. Moore,
husband and wife as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the said Lawrence C. Moore died testate, on or about December 16, 1975
and that said Lawrence C. Moore and Helen E. Moore were husband and wife,
at the time of the death of the said Lawrence C. Moore.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that decedent's estate is probably not liable for- a Federal Estate Tax;
but for the determination of the Indiana Inheritance Tax see Probate
Dkt. No. PR , Office of the Clerk of the Gibson Circuit Court.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
