Ethel Morrison being �r�uly sworn upon her oath,
deposes and says: �p �"

That she is more than 50 years of age, a resident of
Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupaEion is that of housew?fe •
That he is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
All of the northwest fractional quarter of section number thirty two
(32), in township one (1) south of range ten (10) west, lying south of
Patoka River and east and south of the Petersburg and Princeton road,
Excepting a portion thereof described as follows, to-wit: A trianqular
piece of ground, being a part of section number thirty two (32),
township one (1) south, range ten (10) west, bounded as follows, towit:
Beginning at a point on the east side_of the Princeton and Petersburg
road at thenorthwest corner of the land now owned by the Princeton
Water and Ligfiting Company where the same corners with the land of
said George J. Welborn said point may be found and located by
beginning at a stake standing on the west bank of Patoka River south
sixty two (62) degrees nine (9) minutes west and distant six (6)
chains and forty (40) links from the southwest corner of the south
end of the east stone abutment of Severn's Bridge and from said stake
running north sixty two (62) degrees west two (2) chains fourteen (14)
links; thence south eighty (SO) degrees eighteen_(18) minutes west
three (3) chains; thence south_thirty eight (38) degrees twelve (12)
minutes west two chains (2) and ninety one (91).links; thence south
twenty nine (29) degrees.twelve (12) minutes west five (5) chains
and forty five (45) links to said beginning point. From said point
of beginning run in a southwesterly direction along the east side
of the highway a distance of sixty one (61) feet; thence in an easterly
direction one hundred (100) feet to a point in a line south twenty nine
(29) degrees thirty (30) minutes east from the point of beginning
and distant one hundred_twenty eight (128) feet; thence to the point
of beginning one hundred twenty eight (128) feet; also
A part of section thirty two (32), township one (1) south, range ten
(10) west, bounded as follows: Beginning at the most southerly
corner of a tract of land deeded by Dr, G. Powell and wife to the
Princeton Water and Lighting Company and running thence north twenty
nine and one half (29�e) degrees west along the southeast line of
said tract of land to a point one hundred twenty eight (128) feet from
its intersection with the east side of the Princeton and Petersburg
Road; thence south fifty nine (59) degrees east three hundred five
(305) feet to the east line of.said tract of land, thence in a westerly
direction to the place of beginning, containing forty three hundredths
(43/100) of an acre, more or less;
Subject to that portion thereof acquired by the State of Indiana,
for State Highway No. 65, by Grant dated March 28, 1955, recorded
in Deed Rec. 142, page 381, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County,
Indiana; and
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following described tracts:
(A) Part of the northwest quarter of Section 32, township 1 south,
range 10 west, Patoka Twp., Gibson County, Indiana, and more particu-
larly described as follows: The place of beginning may be found
at an iron on the south line of said quarter section 854.50 feet

east of the southwest corner thereof; from said place of beginning,
run thence east along said south line, 235 feet to a cross in the
center line of State Highway #65, at station 108�22.5; thence along
the centerline of said Highway, in a northeasterly direction and
following a 1° 45' curve to the left, 250 feet to station 110+72,5;
thence north 31° 23' W, 217 feet; thence in a southwesterly direction,
436 feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.68 acres --
containing 1.31 net acres, (not counting State Highway right of way
area); Conveyed to Eldon G._Morrison and Rozanna Morrison, husband
and wife, by Warranty deed of Correction, dated November 5, 1965, re-
corded in Deed Rec. 168, page 32, Office of the Recorder of Gibson
County, Indiana;
(B) Part of the northwest quarter of Fractional Section 32, Township
1 south, Range 10 west, further described as follows: Begin at a
point in the center of State Road #65, at the southeast_corner of'a cer-
tain 1.68 acre tract owned by Glen Morrison in 1966, and which point
may be found by measuring the following courses and distances from the
southwest corner of the northwest quarter of Fractional Section 32,
Township 1 south, Range 10 west measure east along the south line of
the said northwest quarter a distance of 1,089.50 feet to where said
south line crosses the center line of State Road #65 as marked by a
cross, and called Station 108+22,5 on State Highway Project #729 (1),
dated 1955, Plan Sheet #7; thence bear northeasterly along the center
line of said Highway as it bears left along a 1 degree 45 minute curve,
a distance of 250 feet to Station 110 + 72,5 on said Highway, to the
said beginning point of the tract and from said beginning point bear
north, 31 degrees 23 minutes west, along,the northeast line of the
said 1:68 acre tract a distance of 217 feet to the north corner of
said 1.68 acre tract; thence bear north, 49degrees OS minutes east,
a distance of 25 feet; thence bear south, 31 degrees 23 minutes east,
a distance of 217 feet to the center line of said Highway; thence
begin by bearing south, 48 degrees 52 minutes west, and following a
1 degree 45 minute center line curve to the right a distance of 25
feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.124 acre gross, but
0,090 of an acre net, with 60 feet of State Aighway right-of-way de-
ducted; Conveyed to Eldon G. Morrison and Roszanna Morrison, husband
and wife, by Warranty deed dated March 29, 1968, recorded in Deed Rec.
174, page 325, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
(C) Part of the northwest quarter of Fractional Section 32, Township
1 south, range 10 west, and further described as follows: Begin at
a point in the center line of State Road #65 as of 1968, which point
may be found by measuring the following courses and distances from
the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of Fractional Section
32, Township 1 south, range 10 west, bear east along the south line
of said quarter section, a distance of 1,089.50 feet to where said
south line'crosses the center line of said State Road #65 at Station
108 + 22:5, more or less, as shown on the State Highway Eroject
#729 (L), dated 1955 Plan Sheet �7; thence bear northeasterly along
the center line of said Hiqhway as it bears left along a 1 degree and
45 minute curve, a total.distance of 534.14 feet at Station 113 +
56.64 to a point on said center line whose tangent bears north, 44
degrees, 19.9 minutes east; thence bear north, 45 degrees 40.1 minutes
west, square to the said center line curve tangent at this point, a
distance of 60 feet to a 5/8 inch iron in the northwest 60 feet right-
of-way line of said State Road #65 as of November, 1958; thence con-
tinue north, 45 degrees 40.1 minutes west, a distance of 165 feet to a
5/8 inch iron; thence bear north, 55 degrees 59.9 minutes, more or less
east, a distance of 117,35 feet to a 5/8 inch iron, witnessed with a
15 inch ash tree setting south, 80 degrees more or less west, a dis-
tance of 13.30 feet,• and with a 36 inch twin red oak setting north,
30 degrees more or less east, a distance of.22.55 feet; thence bear
south, 51 degrees 10.1 minutes more or less east, a distance of 125
feet to a 5/E inch iron set in the northwest right-of-way line of State

Road #65 as of November, 1968, and which iron is located 74.80 feet
northwesterly, but square to the center line of State Road #65 as of
November, 1968; thence bear south, 33 degrees 10 minutes west, (magnetic
bearing) along the said northwest highway right-of-way line a distance
of 83.50 feet to a concrete right-of-way marker setting 60 feet riorth-
westerly measured square to the said highway center line at Station
114 + 00; thence continue southwesterly, but now parallel to the center
line of said highway as it curves to the right by a 1 degree and 45
minute curve, a distance of 41.50 feet to the.iron at the end of the _
first call of this description, and containing 0,408 of an acre net;
thence bear south, 45 degrees 40.1 minutes east, square to the center
line of said State Road #65, a distance of 60 feet to intersect the
highway center line at Station 113 + 56.64; thence begin by bearing
north, 44 degrees 19.9 minutes east, but along the center line of said
highway as its center line bears to the left by a 1 degree and 45 minute
curve, a distance of 126.99 feet; thence bear northwest a distance of
74.80 feet to a 5/8 inch iron in the southeast corner of the above de-
scribed tract; thence bear south, 33 degrees 10 minutes west more or '
less,-along the said northwest highway right-of-way line a distance
of 83.50 feet to the concrete right-of-way marker as mentioned above
setting 60 feet northwesterly, square to said highway center line at
Station 114 + 00; thence bear to the right along said northwest 60
feet right-of-way line as it parallels the center line curve of
1 degree and 45 minutes, a distance of 41.50 feet to the place of �
beginning, and containing 0.184 of an acre in the State right-of-way;
Conveyed to .Tacob Randall Catt and Theda Rae Catt, husband and wife,
by warranty deed dated December 20,.1968, recorded in Deed Dr. #1,
Card #194, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and being a part of the same real estate described in Deed Record
No. ].12, Page 155, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that she knows of her own ]cnowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Eldon Morrison and Ethel Morrison,
husband and wife as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the said E1don,Morrison died testate, on or about November 18,
1974; and that said Eldon Morrison�and Ethel Morrison were husband and
wife, at the time of the death of the said Eldon Morrison.
Affiant further states that the estate of said decedent will
probably not be subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
