Aff - Morrison, Ethel_2/3/1975_ , STATE OF IL�IDIANA COUNTY OF GIBSON SS: ❑ � .,�. � '� , ��` _ 3J.. � � AFFIDAVIT Ethel Morrison being �r�uly sworn upon her oath, deposes and says: �p �" A That she is more than 50 years of age, a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupaEion is that of housew?fe • That he is familiar with the following described real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit: All of the northwest fractional quarter of section number thirty two (32), in township one (1) south of range ten (10) west, lying south of Patoka River and east and south of the Petersburg and Princeton road, Excepting a portion thereof described as follows, to-wit: A trianqular piece of ground, being a part of section number thirty two (32), township one (1) south, range ten (10) west, bounded as follows, towit: Beginning at a point on the east side_of the Princeton and Petersburg road at thenorthwest corner of the land now owned by the Princeton Water and Ligfiting Company where the same corners with the land of said George J. Welborn said point may be found and located by beginning at a stake standing on the west bank of Patoka River south sixty two (62) degrees nine (9) minutes west and distant six (6) chains and forty (40) links from the southwest corner of the south end of the east stone abutment of Severn's Bridge and from said stake running north sixty two (62) degrees west two (2) chains fourteen (14) links; thence south eighty (SO) degrees eighteen_(18) minutes west three (3) chains; thence south_thirty eight (38) degrees twelve (12) minutes west two chains (2) and ninety one (91).links; thence south twenty nine (29) degrees.twelve (12) minutes west five (5) chains and forty five (45) links to said beginning point. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the said E1don,Morrison died testate, on or about November 18, 1974; and that said Eldon Morrison�and Ethel Morrison were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Eldon Morrison. Affiant further states that the estate of said decedent will probably not be subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
