(2) That at the time of decedent's death she owned an interest ia the following described real estate acquired by her under a certain deed dated March 19, 1963 and now of record in Deed Record 161, Page 236, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana and which said real estate is located in the Town of Patoka, Gibson County, Indiana, and described as follows: Lot number Fifty-five (55) - Fifty-six (56) and Fifty-seven (57) in Wood's Enlargement of Patoka, Gibson County, Indiana, excepting .therefrom ihree Hundred Twenty-eight and one half (328'�) feet off the east end of Lot Fifty-five (55) heretofore deeded to Robert N. Parrett, and being the lands described in a certain deed recorded in Deed Record 105 at page 587 of the Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana.
