R. Sam Morrow, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes
and says that he is the widower of May Pearl Morrow, who died
on June 4, 1976; further, that this affiant and Mary Pearl
Morrow were the owners as tenants bv the entiretv of the
following described real estate situate in Gibson County,
State of Indiana, to-wit:
Tract 1: The east half of the northeast auarter
of Section 29, Township 1 south, Range 11 west, /
containing 80 acres, more or less, situate in r/
White River Township, Gibson County, Indiana.
Tract 2: Part of the west half of the northwest
quarter of Section 19, Township 2 south, Range 10 ✓
west, containing 52.91 acres, more or less, situate
in Patoka Township, Gibson County, Indiana.
Tract 3: Part of the north half of the northeast
quarter of Section 10 and a part of the south half
of the southeast quarter of Section 3, both in
Township 3 south, Range 12 west, containing 59.485
acres, more or less, situate in Montgomery Town-
ship, Gibson County, Indiana.
