Mitchell, dated June 14, 1988, recorded in Deed Drawer 6, page 1958 in the office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana, to-wit: A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and a part of the Northwest Quar'ter of the Southwest Quarter, all in Section Seventeen (17), Town Two (2) 6outh, Range Eight (8) West, bounded es followsi Beginning at a point in the center of the Oakland City and winslow Public Highway, fifteen (15) rods and Ten (10) links East of a point Eleven (11) rods and five (5) links North of the Northwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest guarter of said Section Seventeen (17), Town Two (2) South, Range Eight (8) West,�and running thence East along the center of said public highway fifteen (15) rods and ten (10) 11nks to the Northeast corner of the lands owned by Roger E. Lee and eetty J. The historic legal description of said parcel.of real estate from and after the conveyance of the real estate to James F. Hurt, dated April 29, 1908, recorded in Deed Record 66, page 343 in the office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana, erroneously identifies the length of the eastern and Nestern boundaries of said real estate as being fifty-two (52) rods in length. 6. The adjoining parcels of real estate located east and west of sa�d real estate also contain the same erron'eous measurement of the distance between the Oakland City and Winslow Public Nighway and the railroad right of way. 7.
