ANITA J. THOMPSON MORRIS.(affiant) sworn upon oath says:
Affiant is the owner in fee simple of the following described
real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, to-wit:

Part of Lot Number 68 in the Hillcrest Addition to the town
of Fort Branch, Indiana and part of the West half of the South-
west Quarter of Section 18, Township 3 South, Range 10 West,
in Gibson County, Indiana and more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at an iron on'the South line 85.5 feet
,�, West of an iron marking the Southeast corner of said Lot Number
68; thence West 75 feet to an iron; thence North and parallel
to the East line of said Lot Number 68, 143.5 feet to an iron;
thence East 75 feet to an iron on the North line of said Lot
Number 68; thence South and parallel to the East line of said
Lot Number 68, 143.5 feet to an iron at the point of.be-
ginning. Containing .25 of an acre, more or less.
Affiant and Robert E. Thompson were husband and wife on the
date they acquired title as tenants by the entirties by a Deed dated
July 18, 1978, and recorded July 20, 1978 in Deed Drawer �3,.Card �4100
in the office of the Gibson County P.ecorder.
The marital relationship continued unbroken from the time title
was so acquired until the death of affiant's deceased spouse on
April 16, 1988, at which time affiant acquired the fee simple title
as surviving tenant by the entireties.
Affiant married Eugene Morris on July 1, 1988 in Henderson, Ky.
And further affiant sayeth not.
