That she is the surviving spouse of Byron Martin, Jr., who died a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, on or about the 29th day of October, 1989. 4. That there were no proceedings for the administration of an estate for Byron Martin, Jr. and none are contemplated; and that no liability for Zndiana inheritance tax or federal estate tax was created at the death of Byron Martin, Jr. 5. That at the time of the death of Byron Martin, Jr., Byron Martin, Jr. was the owner with this affiant, as tenants by the entirety, of the following described real estate in Gibson County, Indiana, to-wit: See Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
