REFERENCE MONUMENTS• Section (33), Township (2) South, Range (10) West. • The NE Cor., E 1/2, NE 1/4, Sec. 33 is marked by a 1/2 inch by 1 inch iron (harrow tooth) found 6 inches below grade. Said iron is documented in the Gibson Co. Surveyor Record and multiple record documents. • The NW Cor., E 1/2, NE 1/4, Sec. 33 is marked by a 1/4 inch by 1-3/4 inch iron found 7 inches below grade. Said iron was verified using dimensions and monuments called for in multiple record documents. • The SE Cor., E 1/2, NE 1/4, Sec. 33 is marked by a 5 inch by 9 inch stone found 10 inches below grade. Said stone is documented in the Gibson County Surveyor Record. • The Center of Sec. 33 is marked by a 7 inch by 10 inch stone found 3 inches below grade. No monument was found or set at this location. � INES OF PO«FC rON• • The north line of the parent tract is within County Road 350 South right-of-way. • The east line of the parent tract is the approximate line of possession near the north end and the fence varies +/-9 feet westerly of the surveyed line as shown on the Plat of Survey. • The sou[h line of the parent tract is within Ciear Fork Dredge Ditch. • The west line of the parent tract is the approximate Iine of possession. RECORD DE��'RIPTIONS• . • The parent tract is described as a metes and bounds type description summarized as the E I/2, NE 1/4, Sec. 33 lying north of the Clear Fork Dredge Ditch except 2.045 acres. Said parent tract is described in Document #01-4755. • The adjoining tract south of the parent tract is owned by Robert J. Wallis and found in Deed Drawer 3, Card 5678. Said tract is described as the E 1/2, NE 1/4, Sec. 33 excepting the Memmer parent tract description. • The adjoining trac[s west of the surveyed tract are limited [o the W 1/2, NE 1/4, Sec. 33. • The adjoining tracts north of the surveyed tract are limited to the SE 1/4, SE 1/4, Sec. 28. • The adjoining tracts east of the surveyed tract are limited to the W 1/2, NW 1/4, Sec. 34. CORNER SUMMARY• • The southeast corner of the parent trect is in the center of Clear Fork Dredge Ditch on the east line of the E 1/2, NE 1/4, Sec. 33. • The south corners are within Clear Fork Dredge Ditch as per pocument #01-4755. • The southwest corner of the parent tract is in the center of Clear Fork Dredge Ditch on the west line of the E 1/2, NE 1/4, Sec. 33. • The southwest corner, the southeast corner, and the northeast corner of the Thomas J. &)odie G.
