SURVEYOR'S REPORT The purpose of this survey is io monumeni and describe a fracf of land located in the souih half ot Section 18, Township 2 Norih, Range 10 West, Gibson County, Indiana, and recorded in Deed Record 93 Card 4313. In accordance wiih Indiana (865 IAC 1-12 "rule 12��), the various uncerfainiies in as a resulf of: Survey Standords as defined in 1he Indiona Administrative Code fhe following observafions and opinions are submil�ed regarding the locations of the lines and corners established on ihis survey a.) Availobility and condiiion of reference monuments. b.) Occupafion or possession lines. c.� Clarify or ombiguity of 1he record descriplion used and�or adjoiner's description. d.� The lheoretical uncerfainty of the measurements. a.) Reference monuments used per this survey are as follows: a found pk nail at 1he southeast corner of fhe souih half of said section 18, said nail was found per Gibson County Surveyor section corner reference notes; all oi the found monuments noted on the survey plat; the existing center line of Old Highwoy #41. The opinion of lhis surveyor is lhai the inlent of ihe record instrument (Deed Record 93 Card 4313) for the survey tract describes a remnant traci. The found monuments nofed on the survey plat supporl this opinion. Measured disiances befween found monuments compare closely to record disiances except for Line 4 as noted on 1he survey pla1. There is greaf uncertainty in Monuments 4 and 7 due to this discrepancy in distonces, however Monument 7 does measure 1650 feet west and 474.90 feet norih of the southeast corner of said half section. The record instrument calls out 10 a poini 1650 feef west and 473.88 feet north of the southeast corner of said halt seciion. b.) Lines of occupation or possession are noted on the survey pla1. c.) No ambiguities were found with ihe lines of ihe parent tract or adjoining irocts. d.)
