B. Matthews died on or about the 21st day of February,1999, and at the time of such death
was a resident of Gibson County, State of Indiana.

under the penalHes of perjury by Louise B. Matthews and Dan L. Reeves and Yvonne Marie
Hunt, subscribing witnesses thereto on the 8th day of October,1997.

I, Clerk of the Gibson Circuit Court, Gibson County, Indiana, do hereby certify that:
1. The foregoing Last Will and Testament of Louise B. Matthews, deceased, has been
duly admitted to probate before �Nalter H. Palmer, Judge;
2. The same was a self-proved will with proper acknowledgment;
3. Such �vill has been recorded in Will Record Book � Page J in the Will
Records of such County; and
4. A full and complete record of such will and of the acknowledgment and
verification thereof and of the Order of Probate relating thereto has been made and is now
of record in the records of the Clerk of such county pertaining to such Court.
