SHERRY JEANNE MICHEL (hereafter "AffianY'), being first duly sworn upon oath, states:
1. Affiant is a competent adult.
2. Affiant has personal knowledge of the matters stated herein.
3. N. SHERRELL MARGINET (hereafter "DecedenY') died a resident of Gibson County,
Indiana, on or about February 8, 2011.
4. At the time of death, Decedent was the owner with Affiant, as joint tenants with rights of
survivorship, of the following described real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana:
A part of the east half section 24, township 3 south, range 12 west in Gibson County, Indiana
and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the said half quarter section; thence north 89 degrees
57 minutes 29 seconds east along the south line of the said half section a distance of 1131.82
feet to the centerline of State Highway number 65; thence north 07 degrees 02 minutes 55
seconds west along the said centerline a distance of 495.66 feet to the point of beginning;
thence north 07 degrees 26 minutes 17 seconds west along the said centerline a distance of
1431.86 feet; thence noRh 06 degrees 24 minutes 04 seconds west along the said centerline a
distance of 566.78 feet; thence north 07 degrees 40 minutes 51 seconds west along the said
centerline a distance of 196.25 feet; thence north 10 degrees 30 minutes 38 seconds west
along the said centerline a distance of 281.93 feet to the southwest corner of Benson
Cemetery; thence south 78 degrees 47 minutes 34 seconds east a distance of 477.36 feet to
the southeast corner of Benson Cemetery; thence north 11 degrees 33 minutes 03 seconds
east a distance of 115.50 feet to the northeast corner of the original Benson Cemetery tract;
thence north 11 degrees 33 minutes 03 seconds east a distance of 10.00 feet thence north 78
degrees 47 minutes 34 seconds west a distance of 528.10 feet to the centerline of State
Highway number 65, thence north 13 degrees 07 minutes 08 seconds west along the said
centerline a distance of 124.51 feet; thence north 16 degrees 04 minutes 42 seconds west
along the said centerline a distance of 104.28 feet; thence south 89 degrees 59 minutes 30
seconds east a distance of 2021.50 feet to the east line of section 24; thence south 00 degrees
00 minutes 52 seconds east along the said east line a distance of 1978.87 feet to the
southeast corner of the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section 24; thence south

89 degrees 59 minutes west along the south line of the said quarter quarter section a distance
of 165.00 feet; thence south 00 degrees 00 minutes 52 seconds east a distance of 828.97 feet
to a point 491.70 feet north of the south line of section 24; thence south 89 degrees 58 minutes
west a distance of 1449.22 feet to the point of beginning, containing 111.32 acres, more or
less.
(hereafter "Real Estate").
5. This Affiant is now the sole owner of the Real Estate as the surviving joint tenant with
right of survivorship and the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana, is requested to show transfer of Real
Estate to Affiant on the transfer records of the Auditor's Office in said County pursuant to this
Affidavit.
6. The property tax code number for the Real Estate is as follows: 26-17-24-400-003.644-
021; and the short legal description for the above-described Real Estate is as follows: PT E 24 3 12 -
111.32 acres. The real estate is unimproved farm real estate.
7. Henceforth, a property tax statement for Real Estate should be sent to A�ant at the
