DECREE OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRZAGE
Comes now the Petitioner, in person and by counsel,
LINCOLN A. BAICER, and the Respondent, in person and by
counsel, RICHARD C. RUSK, and this being the time assigned
for final hearing herein, the Court hears evidence and being
duly advised now finds:
1. It has jurisdiction over the persons and subject
matter before it and the same has been pending for more than
sixty (60) days prior to this date and is properly before the
Court for final hearing thereon.
2. That the Petitioner and Respondent were married on
December 10, 1986 and separated on or about the day of filing
this action; that the marriage of the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.

3. That the parties have entered into a written
Agreement of Settlement which Agreement of Settlement has
been offered and entered into evidence as Petitioner's
Exhibit 15• Said Agreement of Settlement provides for the
division of all the parties' marital assets and liabilities.
The Court finds that said Agreement is not unconscionable,
should be aporoved by the Court, adopted as the Order of this
Court, and incorporated herein by reference.
4. That the Petitioner's former surname of COTTERILL
should be restored to her.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that the
marriage of the parties is hereby dissolved; that the

Petitioner's for,ner surname of COTTERILL is hereby restored
to her; and, that the Agreement of Settlement marked
Petitioner's Exhibit l.is hereby approved and the same is
hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this
Order and Decree.
The Court further finds that the Court costs have been.
