Further I have examined the forest planiation or native forest, and believe the stand of trees now complies with the provisions of the law. The topography, soil,stand and species of trees etc., are here briefly described: This is a part of the flood plain of the Patoka River. Soils on this tract are Vincennes silt loam south of the levee and Bonnie silt loam north of the levee. TYees range from 4-20" DBH. Sweet gimi, pin oak and elm are camionly the larger trees. Trees range 122 basal area with 47 in acceptable gmwing stock. TSI is recomriended on this stand. Vine contml is needed.
