AFFIDAVIT AS'TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY

and says:

Naas, being first duly sworn, upon her oath, deposes
That she is 73 years of age, a resident of Gibson County,
State of Indiana, and her occupation is housewife.
That she is familiar with the following described real estate
located in Gihson County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
Lots 195 and 196 and 197 all in the Original Plat of the town of
Haubstadt. Being the same lands described in Deed Record No. 124,
page 234, and Deed Record No. 125, page 328, Office of the Recorder
of Gibson County, Indiana.
ALSO, A part of the south half of the south half of the south half
of the sovtheast quarter of section (36), township (3) south, range
(11) west, and descrihed as follows:
Begin at an iron 264 feet west of the southeast corner thereof, and
run thence north 334.3 feet to an iron; thence west 100 feet to an iron;
thence south 334.4 feet to an 3ron in the south line thereof; thence
east 100 feet to the place of heginning, and containing .77 of an
acre,- more-or less. Said above described real estate heing suhje� to �
a previous deed for right-of-way purposes, State Road No. 68, in favor of
the State of Indiana, and which said right-of-way extends the entire
length east and west across the south end of said ahove descrihed tract. ;i
Being the same real estate descrihed'in Deed Record No. 153 page 73,
Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana.
And that she knows of her own knowledge that said above descrihed real
property was formerly owned hy Frank Naas and Ida H. Naas, husband and
wife, as tenants hy the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that
said Frank Naas died, testate, on or ahout the 4th day of Apri1, 1963,
and that said Frank Naas and Ida H. Naas, were husband and wife at the
time of the death of the said Frank Naas.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that
the vaLue of the estate of said Frank Naas at the time of his death,
within the meaning of the Federal Estate Ta�c 1aws, was ,1ess than Sixty
a
($60,000.00) Thousand Dollars, and that the estate of said decedent was
not suhject to'any Federal Estate Tax.
Affiant further sayeth not.
