Clarence E. Niederhaus� being first duly s�,rorn upon oath�
deposes and says:
_ --1. That he-is the son and one of the heirs at laF� of
Elizabeth A.' Niederhaus, i•�ho died intestate a resident of Van-
derburgh County� Indiana� on the 18th day of February� 19'70�,
and left surviving her no spouse but only:�her children, this
affiant and this affiant's sister, Elizabeth rI.' Ransey, and no
other heirs at lac•� or descendants of any deceased children.

2. !?ffiant further says that no administration of the
estate of said decedent is pending in any Court and no prodeedings
therefor are contemplated by anyone to his knowledge.
3.' Affiant further says that a11 of the debts and lia-
bilities of said decedent have been fu11y paid and satisfied�
including the funeral expenses and expenses of decedent'S last
illness.
4. Affiant further says that said decedent's estate was
subject to Indiana Inheritance Tax which :•�as duly determined and
paid and a Cauntersigned Tax Receipt Clearance has been ieceived
froa�:the State of Indiana Department of Revenue� dated Maz�ch 2�
'-971� being Rece�pt No. 269710.
5. Affiant flirther says that said decedent's estate eras
subject to Federal Estate Taxes and a Federal Estate Tax Return
was duly prepared and filed as of Piay 11, 1971, and the tax shoi•m

6. Affiant further says that ar�ple funds remain on hand
to_provide for the payment of any additional tax in the event any
