TO THE AUDITOR OF GIBSON COUNTY, INDIAATA:
Hazel R. Niehaus, being first duly sworn, deposes and says
that she was formerly Hazel R. Simmons, and that the title to part of the
east half of Lot 24, in Smythe & Reavis Enlargement of the Town� now
City of Princeton, was formerly in the name of Hazel R. Simmons;
that on February 15th. , 1964, this affiant and Leonard A. Niehaus were
united in marriage, and that by reason of said marriage the title to
the above described Lot should be, upon the Transfer Records of the
City of Princeton, Indiana, transferred to Hazel R. Niehaus.
