AFFIDAVIT S TO

Kathrqn Nixon, being first duly sworn, upon her oath ��.�'J
deposes and says: - �

That she is 48 years of age, a resident of Gibson
County, State of Indiana, and her occupation is a School Teacher.
That she is familiar with the following described real
property located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
A part of lot number aix (6) of fractional section one (1)
township one (1) south, range ten (10) west, and described
as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the southwest corner of the
above described real estate at a rock and running thence
east five and one half .<5z),rods, thence in a northeasterly
direction along the Buena Vista Road fifteen (15) rods,
thence west one hundred eighty (180) rods to a point in the
east line of M.D. #123, which said point is north six degrees
east two hundred twenty one (221) feet from said southwest
corner; thence south six degrees west two hundred twenty one
(221) feet to the place of beginning, containin g seventy-
five hundredths (75/100) acres, more or less.
• Also, a part of the south half of the south half of said
fractional section one (1) described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the northwest corner of the said half half
fractional section one (�1) and running thence east five and
one half (Sz) rods, thence south six degrees csest one
hundred seventy nine (179) feet parallel to the east line
of M.D. #123, thence west ninety and seventy five hundredths
(90.75) feet to a point in the east line of M.D. #122, thence
north six degrees east one hundred seventy nine (179) feet to
a beginning, containing thirty seven hundredths C.37) acres,
more or Less;

Also, parts of M.D. 122 and 123 described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a point in the east Line of said M.D. #123, four
hundred eight and thirty five hundredths (408.35) feet from a
stone at the northwest corner of the south half of the south
half of said fra�tional section which is also in the east li ne
of said M.D. #123, and from said beginning point run thence south
six degrees west,.five hundred eighty.seven and thirty five hun-
dredths C587.35) feet; thence north eighty four (84) degrees
west eight hundred sixty four and twenty hundredths (864.20) feet,
thence north six degrees east two hundred fifty (250) feet; thence
south eighty four (84) degrees east one.hundred seven (107) feet,
thence north six-degrees east three hundred thirty seven and thirty
five hundredths'C337.35) feet; thence south eighty foUr C84) degrees
east seven hundred sixty one and five tenths (761.5) feet to the
place of heginning, containing ten and eighty nine hundredths
(10.89) acres, more or less; and containing in all twelve (12)
acres, more or less;
And, subject however, to a right of way twenty C20) feet in width
more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a
point north six-(6) degrees east one hundred seventy nine (179)
feet, and south eighty four (84) degrees east eight hundred aixteen
and five tenths (816.5) feet from the southwest corner of said M.D.
#123, and from said beginning point run thence south eighty four
degrees east twenty (20) feet; thence south six degrees west two

hundred fifty <250) feet; thence north eighty four degrees west
twenty (20) feet to a section of stone pump in S.A. Cunningham`s
east line; thence north six degrees east two hundred fifty (250)
feet to the heginning, said right of way heing in favor of one '.
Paul D. Nixon, his heirs and assigna, for his and their full-ancl
free right and liberty at all times hereafter, in common witti all
other persons who may hereafter have the like right, for ingress:,
egress and regress to other lands, - j
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Rudolph Nixon and his wife,
Margaret Nixon, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that said Rudolph Nixon died intestate Octoher 2nd, 1962, and
that said Rudolph Nixon and Margaret Nixon were husband and wife
at the time of the death of the said Rudolph Nixon.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Rudolph Nixon at the ti�ne
of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Ta�c laws,
was less than Sixty Thousand ($60,000.00) Dollars, and that the
estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Affiant further sayeth not.
