Aff - Nixon, Paul_11/17/1972,- _ :� � � .. E STATE OF INDIANA SS: COUNTY OF GIBSON TO THE AUDITOR OF GIBSON COUNTY, INDIANA JACK NIXON, being first duly sworn upon his oath says: 1. That he is the son of Paul Daniel Nixon and Lavada E Nixon. That Paul Daniel Nixon died intestate on the 13th day of September, 1940, and that his estate was Administered in Gibson County, State of Indiana, all of which said records were contained in File Box 1967-31 in the Office of the Clerk of the Gibson Circuit Court. 2. That at the time of his decease the said Paul Daniel Nixon left surviving him as his only heirs at law the following named persons, who received the interest in decedent's real estate next opposite the name as follows: � Lavada E. Nixon 1/3 (Wife) Harold D. Nixon 2/12 (Son) Virginia R. Younan 2/12 (Daughter) Maxine Shaw 2/12 (Daughter) Jack Nixon 2/12 (Son) 3. That the above named heirs took said above indicated interests in and to the following described real estate situate in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit: A part of the south half of the south half of Fractional Section 1, township 1 south, range 10 west, described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a stone at the northwest corner of the above described real estate, and running thence south 6 degrees west 179 feet to an iron in the east line of Militia Donation 122, township 1 south, range 10 west; and from said beginning point run thence east 90.75 feet; therice south 6 deqree"s west 151 feet; thence in a southwesterly direction 214.5 feet to a point in the east line of said Militia Donation 332.5 feet south 6 degrees west from said beginning point; thence north 6 degrees east 332.5 feet to the beginning, containing .50 acres, more or less; , ALSO, a part of said Militia Donation 122, described as follows, to-cait: Beginning at an iron in the east line of said Militia Donation 122, north 6 degrees east, 2620 feet from the southeast corner ,, _._.� . � . . of said Militia Donation, and run thence along said east line south 6 degrees west 1101.2 feet; thence north 84 degrees west 852.2 feet;more or less, to • an iron in S. Cunningham's east line; thence north 6 degrees east 17.01.2 feet to sec. of a � stone pump; thence south 84 degrees east 864.2 feet -. to the place of beginning and containing 21.88 acres, more or less; ALSO, a part of Militia Donation 123, Township 1 South, Range 10 west, described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a stone which is north 6 degrees east 346.7 feet and north 84 deqrees west 761.5 feet from a stone at the northwest corner of the south half of the south half of fractional Section 1, and run thence south 6 degrees west 275.75 feet to a stone; thence north 84 degrees west 923.5 feet to a point in the west line of said Militia Donation 179 feet north 6 degrees east from a stone at the southwest corner of said Militia Donation 123; thence north 6 degrees east along said east line 343.2 feet; thence in an easterly direction 923.6 feet to the beginning, containing 6.56 acres, more or less; Containing in all 28.94 acres, more or less. ALSO, for ingress and egress and regress a right-of- way 20 feet in width and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point north 6 degrees east 179 feet and south 84 degrees east 816.5 feet from the southwest corner of Militia Donation 123, township 1 south, range 10 west, and from said beginning point run thence south 84 degrees east 20 feet; thence south 6 degrees west 250 feet; thence north 84 degrees west 20 feet to a section of stone pump in S. A. Cunningham's east line; thence north 6 degrees east 250 feet to the beginning. 4.
