That he ss familiar with the following described real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit: A part of the south half of Section 18, township�2 south, range 10 west, bounded as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point 2674 feet west and 95 feet north of the southeast corner of said half section and iun thence west '244.3 feet to the center of Federal Highway #41; thence north, 5° and 51' east, 108.9 feet; thence east 240 feet, more or less to'a point due nor'th of said beginning point; thence south 108.9 feet, more or less to the point of beginning, containing six- tenths (0.6) of an acre, more or less. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 125, page 14, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described real property was formerly owned by Arthur Nordhorn and Maude Nordhorn, husband"and wife as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states £hat he knos of his own knowledge that the said Maude Nordhorn died intestate on or about September 24, 1975, and that the said Arthur Nordhorn and Maude Nordhorn were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Maude Nordhorn. Decedent's estate is probably not liable for a Federal Estates Tax; but fortthe determination of the Indiana Inheritance Tax see Probate Dkt.
