sworn upon oath, deposes and says that he is the attorney for NORTH
GIBSON SCHOOL CORPORATION, that said corporation is the owner of
the real estate described upon SCHEDULE A attached hereto which now
appears on the official transfer records of Gibson County, Indiana, in the
name of the Trustee of White River Township, by virtue of having acquired
the same under the Indiana School Reorganization Act of 1959.
This affiant makes this affidavit for the purpose of inducing
the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana, to transfer said real estate to the
said NORTH GIBSON SCHOOL CORPORATION upon the official transfer
records.
