Gertrude 0. Nossett, being first duly sworn, upon her oath
says that she is the surviving widow of Robert Glen Nossett, deceased,
that said decedent departed this life on the 24th day of Ju1y, 1960,
a resident of Gibson County, S'tate of Indiana, and was the owner with
affiant as tenants by the entirety of certain real estate situate
in Gibson County, State of Indiana, which is listed upon the transfer
records of Patoka Township, Gibson County,•State of Indiana, and
described as follows:
Part of the northeast quarter of section 8, township 2
south, range 10 west, and described as follows: Beginning
at a point on the south line of said quarter section 675
feet east of the §outhwest corner of said northeast quarter
section and run thence east along said south line 100 feet;
thence north 330 feet; thence west 100 feet; thence south
330 feet to 'the point of beginning,.containing .76 of an
acre, more or less, being Lot No. 7.in the Chas. E. Dike
Sub-division, one-fourth mile east of the City of Princeton;
A7aS0, part of the northeast quarter of section 8, township
2 south, range 10 west, described as follows: Begin at a
point in the south line of said quarter section 775 feet
east of the southwest cv rner thereof and run thenee north
330 feet; thence east 100 feet; thence south 330 feet to
the south line thereof; thence west 100 feet to the place
of beginning and containing .76 of an acre, more or less,
being Lot No. 8 in the Chas. E. Dike Sub-division, one-
fourth mile east of the City of Princeton; BUT EXCEPTING
therefrom the following described real es'tate: A part
of the northeast quarter of section 8, township 2 south,
range 10 west, and more particularly described as follows:
Begin in the south line of $� northeast.quarter, township
and range aforesaid, at a point 675 feet east of the south-
west,corner thereof; and run thence north 195�feet; thence
east 150 feet; thence south 195 feet; thence west 150 feet
to 'the place of beginning and containing .671 acres,more
or less, and said real estate, after said exception, contain-
ing .849 acres, more or less. .
Part of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of
section 9, township 2 south, range 10 west, and bounded
as follows; to-wit: begin at an iron from which an X on
the top of the south concrete retaining wall bears south,
12.5 feet, also where the center line of the Lake Road
crosses the west line of said section 9, and which is 297.5

sertion 9, 700 feet to a 3�4 inch iron pipe; thence run
south 56 degrees and 44 minutes east, 197.36 feet to a
3�4 inch pipe against the southwest side of a 20" pecan
tree; thence run south 26 degrees and 40 minutes east to
a 1�2" iron on the west side of a 24" sycamore tree, a
distance of 39.3 feet; thence run south.8 degrees and
15 minutes east, 271,69 feet; to an e�asting large iron
bolt at the northwest corner of the property now or formerly
owned by A1den Blacketer; thence run south 7 degrees and
10 minutes east, 284.47 feet to an existing railroad spike
in the center of the Lake Road at the southwest corner of
the said Blacketer property; thence run nor.thwest 79 degrees
and 45 minutes, a distance of 82.29 feet, along the center
of the Lake Road; thence run south 82 degrees and 10
minutes west, continuing along the center of the Lake
Road for 185.02 feet to the place of beginning, and
containing 3,12 acres, more or less_, excepting one half
of all oi1, gas, and other mineral elements.
That title to said real estate passed to this affiant as
the surviving tenant by the entirety, and the Auditor is hereby
requested to transfer said real estate to this affiant's name for
tax purposes.
