December 2, 2004
Commissioners of Gibson County:
•
On August 12, 2003,1 purchased a piece of property located west of Owensville in
Montgomery Township. The property was part of a lazger piece of property which had
previously been sut>divided into 22 individuallots totaling 68.56 acr8s and recorded as
Timber Lake Subdivision. I puchased lots #1-17 which is a total of 39.656 acres. Lots
#18-22 were sold to other individuals. The purpose ofthis letter is to petition the
Commissioners to vacate this as a subdivision in order to record it as a single piece of
property. I have no plans to sell off individual lots and plan to keep the property as farm
ground. Attached aze copies of the original recorded subdivision and the deed for the
property that I purchased. Please let me know if there is any more information you might
need or what additional steps I must take in order to do this. Thank you for your
consideration.
Sincerely,
JeffNelson
