AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF REAL ESTATE ON AUDITOR'S RECORDS
DIANE M. WENDHOLT and KATHLEEN M. BARCHET (hereafter "Affiants"), being first duly
sworn upon oath, state:

Affiants are both competent adults.
Affiants have personai knowledge of the matters stated herein.
3. EMfv1A S. NURRENBERN (hereafter "DecedenY') died a resident of Vanderburgh
County, Indiana, on or about June 11, 2010.
4. At the time of death, Decedent owned a life estate in the foliowing described real estate
located in Gibson County, Indiana:

(hereafter "Real Estate").
5. • Affiants and their siblings, namely CAROL J. MARTIN, JANE A. NURRENBERN,
JAMES D. NURRENBERN, AND CYNTHIA S. FUHS were, immediately prior to the death of
Decedent, the owners of the remainder interest in the Real Estate subject to the life estate of
Decedent, and that upon the death of Decedent, Decedent's life estate was extinguished, and DIANE
M. WENDHOLT, KATHLEEN M. BARCHET, CAROL J. MARTIN, JANE A. NURRENBERN,
JAMES D. NURRENBERN, AND CYNTHIA S. FUHS are now the owners of fee simple title to the
Real Estate.
6. The property tax code numbers for the Reai Estate are as follows: 26-22-04-100-
000.765-024 and 26-18-33-300-000.766-024; and the respective property addresses for the above-
described Real Estate are as foliow: State Road 68 and County Road 450 W, Haubstadt, Indiana.
7. Affiants hereby request that the Gibson County Auditor show the extinguishment of the
life estate of Decedent on the records of the Office of the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana, and that
property tax statements henceforth be sent to owners at the following address:
