NLAUDIE OATS, being duly sworn upon oath, says that
Sidney Oats departed this life, intestate, a resident of Gibson County, in
the State of Indiana, on September ,�� , 1955, and that said decedent
was as of the date of his death the owner of thefollowing described real
estate, situate in the CITY OF PRINCETON, Gibson County, Indiana,
to-wit: •
Part of Lot number 19 in Smyth and Reavis
Enlargement;
that said real estate passed to this affiant by virtue of the laws of
descent of this State, as this affiant was the widow and sole and only
heir-at-law of said decedent,and as such was entitled to a fee simple es-
tate in said real estate.
This affidavit is made for the purpose of securing the
transfer of the above described real estate upon the ta�c duplicate of
Gibson County, Indiana. • "
