Aff - Oliver, Betty_1/28/1976G�`�� �� �� STATE OF INDIANA COUNTY OF GIBSON SS: �� AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY James W, Oliver being first duly sworn upon his oath, deposes and says: That.he is more than fifty-seven (57) years of age, a -' resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and his occupation is that of an inspection foreman at Hansen Mfg. Co. That he is familiar with the following described real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit: The West 60 feet of Lot numbered 56 in Highland Home Addition to the city of Princeton, Gibson County, Indiana. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 138, page 424, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described real property was formerly owned by James W. Oliver and Betty Jo Oliver, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that the said Betty Jo Oliver died intestate on or about January 22, 1976, and that the said'James W. Oliver and Betty Jo Oliver were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Betty Jo Oliver. ' Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that decedent's estate is probably not liable for a Federal Estates Tax; but for the determination of the Indiana Inheritance Tax see Probate Docket No. PR 76 - , Office of the Clerk of the Gibson Circuit Court.
