2. That Roy Jacobus and his vrife Pearl Jacobus vrere the
owners as tenants by the entire�ies of the real estate at 215 j�J.
Y]arnock, Princeton, Gibson County, Indiana, more adequately descrited
as follows:

to-wit:- Beginning at a point in the center oi an
