A FFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Riley Osborne, Sr. beinq first duly sworn upon his oath,
deposes and says:
That he is more than fifty (50) years of age, a resident of
Gibson County, Indiana, and his Occupation is Retired.fi
That he is familiar with the following described real estate
located in Barton Township, Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
East half of the Southwest quarter of Section nineteen (19),
township th'ree (3) south, Range nine (9) west, containing fotty-
four and eighty-three hundredths (44.83).acres in Gibson County,
Indiana.
For chain of title to above described real estate, see will of
Pauline White, dated January 16, 1934, and the settlement of the
estate of Pauline White, deceased, designated 18-19, Office of the
Clerk, Gibson Circuit Court;
and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described
real estate was�formerly owned by Riley Osborne, Sr, and Loretta
Osborne, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the said Loretta Osborne died testate, on or about October 22,
1970, and that said Riley Osborne, Sr, and Loretta Osborne, were
husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Loretta Osborne.
Affiant further states that he knaws of his own knowledge that
the value of the estate of Loretta Osborne, at the time of her death,
within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was less than
Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the estate of said .
decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax. .
Further this affiant sayeth not.
