AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF
REAL ESTATE

VERNA OXLEY, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes
and says that this affiant and Hollis Oxley were, as of October 13, 1957,
_ the owner as tenants by the entirety of the following described real estate,
situate in the City of Princeton, Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
A part of Lot 21 in the Original Plan of the Town (now
City) of Princeton, and bounded as follows, to-wit: Beginning
in the west line of said Lot at a point 84 feet and 3 inches
south of the northwest corner of said Lot, and running thence
south 15 feet and 3 inches; thence east 63 feet and 7 inches;
thence north 15 feet and 3 inches; thence west 63 feet and 7 inches
to the place of beginning.
That said Hollis Oxley, the husband of this affiant, departed this life
on the date last above mentioned, leaving this affiant surviving as his
widow; that title to the above described real estate is now vested in
this affiant as such surviving tenant by the entirety; and you are re-
quested to note the transfer thereof upon the records in your office
as such Auditor.
