This is to notify you that Public Service Co. of Indiana ,
Indiana hae complied wi[h the withdrawal provisione of the Indiana Forest
Tax Claesification Law for the following deacribed land:
Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 2 South,
Range 12 West, and descrfbed as follows: Begin at the Northwest
corner of said Quarter Section and run thence South 2 degrees West
207,6 feet; thence South 63 degrees 31 minutes East 2050 feet; thence
South 75 degrees 23 minutes East 817,4 feet to the East line thereof;
thence North 1340 feet to the Northeast corner thereof; thence West
2640 feet to the place of beginning, except the right of way 200 feet
in width of the E. Mt. C, and N.R.R, through said above described
tract, containing 49,13 acres, more or less.
Containing 19,07 acres, more or less,
Situated in Montgomery Township, Gibson County, Indiana.
When property is withdraw from forest classification, our office ¢uat
i�ediately notify the county recorder and the county auditor of the
county where the land ie located. Upon withdrawal the owner of the
land previously claseified shall make notation of the wi[hdraval io [he
recorda in the office of the county recorder. _
Please note Section 17 of the enclosed lav. There Se a tax of SS_St�_
per acres to be collected on thie withdrawal. Kindly place the above
described land back on the tax duplicate at ita normal asaeased valuation.
