AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
STATE OF INDIANA
SS:
COUNTY OF GIBSON
Ethel G. Padgett, being first duly sworn, upon her oath,
deposes and says:
That she is 63 years of age, a resident of Princeton, Gibson
County, Indiana, and her occupation is housewife.
That she is familiar with the following described real property
located in Patoka Township, Gibson County, State of Indiana,"to-wit:
Pt.- Lot #1"- William H. Evans Addition to —
Archers Enlargement to the Town (now City)
of Princeton, Indiana.
Being the same real estate described in
_ Instrument #3142 - Deed Record No. 99, page
469, office of the Recorder of Gibson County,
Indiana. '
And that she knows of her own knowledge that said above des-
cribed real property was for�nerly owned by George E. Padgett and
Ethel G. Padgett, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that
said George E.Padgett died intestate, on or about August 8th, 1962,
and that said George E. Padgett and Ethel G. Padgett were husband
and wife at the time of the death of the said George E. Padgett.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that
the value of the estate of George E. Padgett at the time of his death,
within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was less than
Sixty Thousand ($60,000.00) Dollars, and that the estate of said
decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Affiant further sayeth not. �
