FIAYD I�PiNETH PADGETT, being first duly sworn upon his
oath deposes and says:
1. That Affiant and his late wife HAZEL INEZ PADGETT
were the owners as tenants by the entirities of the following
described real estate situate in Gibson County, State of Indiana,
to-wit:
Lot No. forty-six (46) in the Eastview Addition
to�the Town of Fort Branch, Gibson County, State
of Indiana.
2. That the said Hazel Inez Padgett died on the 29th
day of September, 1973, leaving the Affiant herein as the surviving
tenant.
3. That this Affidavit is made for the purpose of
transferring the hereinabove described real estate to this Affiant
for tax purposes.
WHEREFORE, Affiant and Petitioner prays that the Auditor
of Gibson County, Indiana transfer said real estate to the name of
Affiant herein for tax purposes.
