AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
James L. Padgett, being first duly sworn upon his
oath, deposes and says:
That he is more than fifty (50) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana, and his occupation is - Retired.
That he is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
Part of the Southeast quarter of Section
13, township 2 south, range 11 west in
Patoka Township, Gibson County, Indiana;
Being part of the same real estate des-
cribed in Deed Record No. 118 Page 518,
Office of the Recorder of Gibson County,
Indiana;
and, that he knows of his own knowledge that said above des-
cribed real estate was formerly owned by James L. Padgett and
Ella M. Padgett, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the said Ella M. Padgett died intestate, on or about
November 9, 1971, and that said James L. Padgett and Ella M.
Padgett were husband and wife, at the time of the death of
the said Ella M. Padgett,
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Ella M. Padgett, at the
time of her death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate
Tax laws, was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars (S60,000.00),
and that the estate of said decedent was not subject to any
