that she is the surviving widow of John Painter, deceased, that said decedent
departed this life on the ��day of p U��tiT , 1966, a resident
of Gibson County, State of Indiana, and was the owner with affiant as tenants

by the entirety of certain real estate situate in Gibson County, State of�Indiana,
which is listed upon the transfer records of The City of Princeton and Patoka
To�vnship, Gibson County, State of Indiana, and described as follows:
Lot Number 119 in the South Side Addition to the City
of Princeton,
A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
of Section 3, Township 2 south, Range 11 west, bounded
as follows, to-wit:
Begin at a point 8 rods south of the northeast corner of
said quarter quarter section and run thence south 12 rods;
thence west 20 rods; thence north 12 rods to the southwest
corner of the land now o�vned by Eldon Lawrence and Joyce
Helen Cooper, husband and wife, thence east along and upon
the south boundary line of said Cooper land, 20 rods to the
point of beginning, containing one and one-half (1 1/2) acres,
more or less.
That title to said real estate passed to this affiant as the surviving
tenant by the entirety, and the Auditor is hereby requested to transfer said real
estate to this affiant's name for tax purposes.
