AFFIDAVIT ASLj11D TENANCY BY
Carl Parker, heing first
and says:

sworn, upon his oath, deposes
, That he is ��% yeare of_age, a resident of Gibson County,
State of Indiana, and his occupation is_��_, ,,,,
That he is familiar with thefollowing descrihed real estate
located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
A part of the west half of the northwest quarter of the northwest
quarter of Section twenty-three (23), Township three (3) south,
Range nine (9) West, described as follows: Begin at the northwest
corner of the.northweat quarter of the northwest quarter of said
Section and from said beginning point run thence south sixtq-four
(64) rods; thence east forty (40) rods to the east line of said
half quarter quarter section; thence north along said east line
thirty-eight (38) rods; thence west four (4) rods; thence nortti
twenty-six (26) rods to the north line of said half quarter quarter
section; thence west thirty-aix (36) rods to the place of beginning,
containing fifteen and.thirty-five hundredths (15.35) acrea, more
or less. Subject to all legal highways. Being the same real estate
described in Deed Record No. 150 page 239, Office of the Recorder
of Gibson County, Indiana,
and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above descrihed
real property was formerly owned by Carl D. Parker and Amelia M.
Parker, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knows of his.own knowledge that
the said Amelia M. Parker died, intestate, on or about June 25th,
1963, and that the said Carl D. Parker and Amelia M. Parker, were
husband and wife at the time of the death of the said Amelia M.
Parker.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the value of the estate of the said Amelia M. Parker at the
time of her death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax '
laws, was less than Sixty Thousand ($60,000.00) Dollars, and that
the estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate
Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
