Comes now the undersigned and first being sworn according to law
deposes and says that Lee Sheohard departed this life intestate, in the
year 1941 leaving surviving him as his heirs and only heirs at lax his
__ __ widow, Marie Shephard_and his children; Joan Shephard and Jean Shephard._ �
Affiant further deposes and says that the said Marie Shephard
departed this life intestate, in the gear 1952 leaning surviving her
as:her heirs and only heirs at law her children: Joan Shephard and
Jean Shephard. That subsequent to the death of the said Marie Shephard

And the said Jean Shephard intermarnied with Harry Patterson, Jr.
And further affiant sayeth not.
