J. FRANK PECK, being first duly sworn upon his oath deposes
1. Tha[ affiant and his wife, lda E. Peck, were the owners as
tenants by the entirities of the following described real estate situate in Gibson
County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
The East one-half (1/2) of the east one-half (1/2) of the
South one-half (1/2) of Out Lot No. 2, range one (1) of
the New Survey of the Town (now city) of Princeton in
Gibson County, Indiana, excepting ho�vever, the south
half of the east half of the east half of the south half of
out lot 2, range 1 of the new survey of the town (now
city) of Princeton, Indiana, heretofore conveyed to
Marvin Hertel and Jeannettia Delila Hertel and r•ecorded
in Deed Record 126 at page 124 in the office of the
Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana.
2. That the said Ida E.. Peck died on the 18th day of October,
1973, intestate, leaving the affiant herein as the surviving joint tenant.
3. That this affidavit is made for the purpose of amending the
tax records in the office of the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana to reflect that
affiant herein, J. Frank Peck, is now the sole owner thereof by operation of law.
