Catherine Petitjean being first duly orn upon�he�ti
oath deposes and says: AUDITpR
That she is more than forty (40) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is that of a housewife.
That she is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
A part of the �iE4 of the NE4 and a part of the SE; of the NE;
of Sec. 13, Tp..4 South, R. 11 West, bounded as follows: Beginning
at the SE corner of said NEq of the NE4 of said Sec. 13 and run thence
North 17 rods and 5 ft.; thence West 20 rods and 2 ft.; thence South 26
rods and 8 ft. to the N line of the St. James Cemetary; thence East
8 rods and 12 ft.; thence North 9 rods and 2 ft.; thence East 11 rods
and 6 ft. to the place of beginning, containing 22 acres, more or less.
Beina the same real estate described in Deed Record 144, page 187
and in Deed Record 144, page 188, office of the Recorder of Gibson
County, Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that.said above described
real prooerty cvas formerly owned by Catherine Petitjean and Leo G.
Petitjean, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety. �
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the said Leo G. Petitjean died intestate, on or about November
30, 1973, and that said Leo G. Petitjean and Catherine Petitjean
were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said.Leo G.
Petitjean.
(. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
1:'" that the value of the estate of said Leo G. Petitjean at the time
of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was
, less than Sixty Thousand Dollars (S60,000.00), and that th2 estate
� of said decedent will not be subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
