Phillips she has owned several parcels of real estate in Gihson

variaus records in the office of the Auditor of Gihson County,
Indiana, so changed as to refle�t her present name of Anna Roush.
Wherefore, affiant makes this affidavit to request and
authorize the Auditor of Gihson County, Indiane, t❑ so change
the various records in his office in ❑rder that all real estate
which she ❑wns in Gihson County, Indiena, may appear of record
for purposes ❑f taxation in her neme as ANNA R�USH. .
