Phillips, being first duly sworn, upon his oath, deposes and says: That he is more than forty (40) years of age, a resident of Gibson County, State of Indiana, and his occupation is a Farmer. That he is familiar with the following described real estate located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit: The South Ha1f of Lots Numbered One Hundred thirty-four (134), one hundred thirty-five C135) and one-hundred thirty-six (136) in Lynch's Second (2nd) Enlargement to Highland Homes Addition to the City of Princeton, Gibson County, Indiana - For chain of title see Deed Record No. 135 page 48 and No. 164 page 307, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana (No. 214 South Madison Street, Princeton, Indiana): and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above descri6ed real � � prooerty was formerly owned by James H. Phillips and Edith L. Phillips, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that said Edith L. Phillips died on or about the 4th day of April, 1964, and that said James H. Phillips and Edith L. Phillips were husband and wife at the time of the death of the said Edith L. Phillips. Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that the value of the estate of said Edith L. Phillips at the time of her death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax 1aws, was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
