AFFIDAVZT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Margaret Taylor, being first duly sworn upon her oath,
deposes and says:
•That she is more than forty (40) years of age, a resident of
Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is Housewife and Office
Manager:
That she is familiar with the following described real estate
located in Gibson.County, Indiana, towit:
Part of Lot (115) in the Old Plan of the City of Princeton,
said part being the South half of Lot (115) in the original
Plan of the�Town or City of Princeton, except always the
South 24 feet thereof.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No,. 116
Page 375, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
a
real property was formerly owned by Ray O. Phillips and Flora Phillips,
husband and wife, as.tenants liy fhe entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the said Ray O. Phillips died on or about the /?� day of
November, 1963, and that the said Ray O. Phillips and Flora E.
Phillips, were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the
said Ray O. Phillips.
Affiant further'states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said �Ray O. Phillips, at the time
of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws,
was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the
estate of said.decedent was not'subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
