Being the same real estate described in Deed Record —'No. 113, page 438, and Deed Record No. 113, page 439, Office of the Recorder of Gihson County, Indiana, and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described real prooerty was formerly owned by Robert Pierce and Dovie Pierce, hushand and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the said Robert Pierce died intestate, on or about the �j„ day of May, 19_�] , and ,that said Robert Pierce and Dovie Pierce were husband and wife at the time of the death of the said Robert Pierce.
