Catherine Drier, heing first duly sworn uoon her oath,
deposes and says:
That she is 56 years of age, a resident of Gibson County,
State of Indiana, and her occuoation is a housewife.
That she is familiar with the following described real
orooerty iocated in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
Lots number one hundred forty three (143), 1ot numher
one hundred forty four (144), Lot one hundred forty
five (145) Lot one hundred forty six (146), Lot one
hundred forty seven (147) Lot number one hundred forty
eight (148) Lot one hundred forty nine (149) In the
Broadleigh Park Addition to the City of Princeton,
Indiana. ALSO
Lot number three hundred and sixty (360) and lot
numher three hundred sixty one (361) in the South
Side Addition to the City of Princeton, Indiana.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record
—'No. 113, page 438, and Deed Record No. 113, page 439,
Office of the Recorder of Gihson County, Indiana,
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real prooerty was formerly owned by Robert Pierce and Dovie Pierce,
hushand and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the said Robert Pierce died intestate, on or about the
�j„ day of May, 19_�] , and ,that said Robert Pierce
and Dovie Pierce were husband and wife at the time of the death
of the said Robert Pierce.
Affiant further states that she kno�os of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of the said Robert nierce at the time
of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws,
was less than Sixty Thousand ($60,000.00) Dollars, and that the
estate of said decedent was not suhject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Affiant further sayeth not.
