Aff - Pleiss, James Leo_3/15/1968Q� c� -- s% � ` _.� '-rF� STATE OF INDIANA COUNTY OF GIBSON AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY Lloyd L. Pleiss, being first duly sworn upon his oath, deposes and says: That he is more than forty (40) years of age, a resident of Gibson County, State of'Indiana, and his occupation is an Employee of Emge Packing Company, Inc. That he is familiar with the following described real property located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit: A part of Militia Donation Number 21, Town 1 south, Range 10 West, described as follows: Begin at the southwest corner of said Donation and run thence north (6 degrees east) 93.5 rods; thence south (84 degrees east) to the West right-of-way line of the Chicago and Eastern Illinois (FOrmerly Evansville and Terre Haute) Rail- way Company; thence south along said right-of-way line to the south line of said Donation; thence north (84 degrees West) to the place of beginning, containing 24.53 acres, more or less. It being and intended to be all the real estate o:�med by said grantor in said Donation Number 21 lying west of said Railroad. Part of Militia Donation Number 13, in Township 1 north, Range 10 west, bounded as follows: Beginning at the northcoest corner of said Militia Donation number 13, and run thence south 84 degrees east along the north line thereof, 2.83 chains; thence south 6 degrees west, 16.86 chains; thence north 84 degrees west, parallel to the north line thereof, 2.83 chains to the west line thereof; thence north 6 degrees east along the said west line 16.86 chains to the place of beginning, containing 4.77 acres, more or less. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 116, page 98; Deed Record No. 133 page 121, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and that he knaws of his own knowledge that said above described real property was formerly owned by James Leo Pleiss and Minnie D. Pleiss, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that said MinnseLD. Pleiss died intestate, on or about Januarv 29, 1963 , and that said James Leo Pleiss and Minnie D. Pleiss, were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Minnie D._ Pleiss. Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that the value of the estate of said Minnie D. Pleiss, at the time of her death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was less than Sixty Thousand ($60,000.00) Dollars, and that the estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
