the land in Gibson County, Indiana, particularly described
as follows, to-wit:

thence west alona the south line thereof 257 feet;
thence north oarallel to the east line thereof 609
feet to the center of the Princeton anc� Francisco
Road; thence south 71 degrees east 271 feet to the
east line of said quarter quarter section; thence
south along said. east line 552 feet to the place of
begir.ning and containing 3]./3 acres, more or less:
formerly held by James P.. Mowery

predecessors in title have been in absolute, exclusive,
notorious and hostile possession openly for a period of more
than 30 years immediately last past; that they have regualrly
fencecl and farmed said real estate and that no oerson has at
