AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF
REAL ESTATE ON AUDITOR'S RECORDS
Walter U. Phillips, being first duly sworn upon his oath,
deposes and says:

That he is a competent adult.
That he has personal knowledge of the matters stated
3. That he is the surviving spouse of Bonnie J. Phillips,
who died a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, on or about the
31st day of March, 1991.
4. That there were no proceedings for the administration of
an estate for Bonnie J. Phillips and none are contemplated; and
that no liability for Zndiana inheritance tax or federal estate
tax was created at the death of Bonnie J. Phillips.

was the owner
the following
to-wit:
at the time of the death of Bonnie J. Phillips, she
with this affiant, as tenants by the entirety, of
described real estate in Gibson County, Indiana,
A part of Lot 91 in Hall's Second Enlargement of the town
(now city) of Princeton bounded as follows, to-wit: begin
at a point 50 feet south of the northeast corner of said lot
and from said beginning point run thence south 36 feet;
thence west parallel with the north line of said lot to the
west line of said lot; thence north along the west line of
said lot to a point 50 feet south of the northwest corner of
said lot; thence east to a point 50 feet south of the
northeast corner of said lot, the same being the place of
beginning. ALSO, begin at tne southwest corner of lot 41 in
Hall's Second Enlargement to the town (now city) of
Princeton and run thence north along the west line of said
lot a distance of 98 1/2 feet; thence west 10 feet; thence
south 98 1/2 feet; thence east 10 feet to the beginning,
said tract last above described is to be used as a drive-way
for the parties to this deed and to their successors in
ownership of the land adjoining this right of way.
(hereinafter the "real estate").
6. That Bonnie J. Phillips and this affiant were husband
and wife continuously at all times from and after September 7,
1961 through the date of death of Bonnie J. Phillips.
7. That title to the real estate vested in this affiant by
operation of law at the death of Bonnie J. Phillips, and the
Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana, is requested to show transfer
of said real estate to this affiant on the transfer records of
the Auditor's Office in said County pursuant to this Affidavit.
